From Two to….well, none

ronniecorbettAs March draws to its logical conclusion, we can report quite a productive month on the celebrity death scene. The news has just come in that pint-sized comedian Ronnie Corbett has departed for all eternity, aged 85, although the cause of death is unannounced at this point. That’s four ‘pops’ in one month – surely a record for Clogpoppers – with Predictor Sasa no doubt joyfully grabbing the points this time around. Keep up the good work, team!

Also this month the world lost Sylvia Anderson – the voice of Thunderbirds’ Lady Penelope – at 88, following a short illness, while Dutch footballing superstar Johan Cruyff [68, lung cancer] and comedian Garry Shandling [66, heart attack], went on the same day.
